The Staff Portal uses role-based access control — subject teachers, form masters, heads of department, and administrators each see only the data and tools relevant to their role. All data is securely stored and backed up, protecting the privacy of both staff and students.

Each department is led by an experienced Head of Department (HOD) who coordinates curriculum delivery, monitors student progress, mentors junior teachers, and liaises directly with the Principal on academic matters. All staff are required to attend regular professional development workshops and training sessions.

After your appointment is confirmed, complete your HR registration with the school's admin office and submit all required staff documents.
The IT administrator will issue your Staff ID number and a temporary password within 24–48 hours of HR processing being completed.
Log in with your temporary password, set a secure new password, upload your profile photo, and your dashboard will be fully configured and ready to use.
